Edito de The Rest Of Right NowPut Down the Muffin is a modern-fusion/noise-rock band made up of four seasoned musicians from the Minneapolis area. Their sound is nearly indescribable, but draws from influences like Medeski, Martin and Wood, Galactic, Club Delf and Soul Coughing. Some of their songs are tripped-out instrumentals that weave in and out of time signatures, while others are gigantic rock tunes complete with three-part vocal harmonies. Either way, crowds get entranced by their extended noise-solos, funny antics, and vicious grooves. The band consists of Bruce Balgaard on fretless bass, Matt Patrick on guitars, Charlie Peterson on keyboards, and Zach Miller on drums.
