The seasoned ensemble has honed its robust and velvety sound, finding inspiration in '60s torch singers, spaghetti-western soundtracks, and new wave pop. The band's new record, For Club and Country, will be released in Spring 2007. The album was recorded with Alan Weatherhead (Cracker, Cardigans, Sparklehorse) in late Summer 2006 at Richmond, Virginia's Sound of Music Studios.
