Edito de Grand DesignsRoss grew up in the sleepy Norfolk village of Holkham, he was the ba*t*rd son of Lord Nelson, not Horatio but Jack a local fisherman from Wells next te sea, captain of Ye Olde Crab Crawler an infamous local fishing vessel. He started drumming and tinkering away on various instruments from a young age and soon also developed a passion for writing songs. He played in a band at high school, & then moved to Norwich & played with a couple of more there, still drumming but always writing his own tunes as well. He moved to London where appparently the streets were paved with Gold but found Hackney was covered more in big issue sellers & felt somewhat had by the hype, he did however meet Sergey & end up touring Japan. Sergey had grown up in Russia but had fled Moscow at an early age after a scuffle with local mafioso rent collectors. He came to London to master his god given music production talent. The years of keeping stum infront of the Russian Mafia has taken it's toll on Sergey, & so he says very little, prefering to let his creativity do the talking. After a pretty heavy touring schedule both of them fancied a rest & wanted to dosomething different. Theye began writing with the intention of selling their songs to artists less fortuante than themselves, people like Robbie Walliams and Will Yong........... After the first three tracks were used on a TV Commercial, TV Drama Trailer and a computer game they realised we were onto something good and should probaby keep the music for themselves. Don't expect them to tour with this project, because they wont! Don't expect them to make records every year, because they wont! That said, they love working together & with the involvement of DIY specialist Indie label Airhead Records, they can do what they want, when they want.
