Edito de Always Beside MeIn April 2008, The Freestyle music community was shattered to learn of the death of one of their leading ladies, Sandee?. Sandee? was a talented, cutting edge freestyle singer, performing artist and was an original member of Expose before launching her solo career. Always Beside Me was one of Sandee's solo releases which she co-created with legendary Freestyle producer Avy Gonzalez. It was Avy who believed the song worthy of a makeover 21 years after its first release. He gathered a group of outstanding Freestyle artists and talent to create the next evolution of Always Beside Me. While the original essence of Always Beside Me is intact, the new rendition contains new chapters and color with the input of collaborators, many of whom worked with and loved Sandee?. Thank You Avy for producing and driving this fabulous project. I am truly grateful to you for bringing us all together and for inviting me to rework Always Beside Me and be Sandee's voice.
